PSi U13 – U18 Nationals (Trials)

TRIALS:

Payment of R2 200 on Registration (R200 + R2000 = R2200)

Ie. non-refundable trial fee of R200 + R2000 tournament deposit which will be refunded if a player is not selected and will be forfeited if a player is selected and then withdraws.

*Should you have a problem attending trials on the dates listed above and are interested in participating in this tournament, please specify your reason below.

 

TOTAL TOURNAMENT COSTS (INCLUDING DEPOSIT):

Total of R11 550 less R2 000 deposit = R9 550

To be paid as follows:

FULL PAYMENT to be paid no later than 28^th September

R9 550

OR

SPLIT PAYMENT:

1^st Instalment to be paid no later than 28^th September

R 3 550                                       

2^nd Instalment to be paid no later than 28^th October

R4 000

3^rd Instalment to be paid no later than 28^th November

R2 000

• Any withdrawals after the teams have been announced will forfeit their deposit.
• Any withdrawals after 28^th September will forfeit their deposit PLUS there will be a cancellation fee of R2 000
• Any withdrawals after 28^th October will be charged 100% of the tournament cost.
• If any amounts are made by a parent/player and subsequent withdrawals/exclusions are made by PSi Durban, the full amount paid will be refunded (less admin fee and training costs if incurred)

TRIAL DAY INFO:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session and go straight to the Registration desk to tick your name off and to get your number.

Please bring:

• A BLACK TOP AND A WHITE TOP
• Indoor Hockey stick
• Gum Guard
• Shin pads
• Left hand glove
• Water
