PSi U11 – U12 Nationals (Trials)

TRIALS:

Payment of R1 750 on Registration (R250 + R1500 = R1700)

Ie. non-refundable trial fee of R250 + R1 500 tournament deposit which will be refunded if a player is not selected and will be forfeited if a player is selected and then withdraws.

*There are 2 trial dates, both dates may be attended but one is acceptable

*Should you have a problem attending trials on the dates listed above and are interested in participating in this tournament, please specify your reason below.

TOTAL TOURNAMENT COSTS (INCLUDING DEPOSIT):

TOTAL COST: R5150 per player

WE DO NOT HAVE A SLEEP IN OPTION THIS YEAR:

Players will need to be dropped at the venue in the morning, before their first game and collected after their last game.

TRIAL DAY INFO:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session and go straight to the Registration desk to tick your name off and to get your number.

Please bring:

• A BLACK TOP AND A WHITE TOP
• Indoor Hockey stick
• Gum Guard
• Shin pads
• Left hand glove
• Water
